Main Focus Media is a photography business run by Marlee. This website shows previews of her work and lets you ask about buying photos. If you have any questions about this policy or about your information, contact Main Focus Media. Email: hello@mainfocusmedia.com.

We collect information that you choose to provide. This happens in a few ways:

• Photo requests: when you send a request through the contact page we receive your name, email address, phone number if you include one, your message, and the frame codes of the photos you picked.
• Email: anything you send to hello@mainfocusmedia.com or reply to from one of our messages.
• Client gallery links: when a gallery is shared with you by email we keep the name and email address the invitation was sent to, so we know who received the link.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open, and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running, to spot abuse, and to understand which pages people look at.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

When you send a photo request or download from a client gallery, we record your IP address alongside that action. We use it only to limit abuse (for example, to stop a script from sending hundreds of requests) and to see that a download link is being used as intended.

We use the information above to:

• Answer your photo request and agree on options and pricing with you.
• Send a client gallery link to the person who ordered photos.
• Keep the website secure and limit automated abuse.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Public galleries show reduced-size, watermarked previews of photos taken at events, games, and sessions. Full-size files are only available through a private client gallery link that Marlee sends after a purchase is agreed.

If you appear in a photo on this site and would like it taken down, or you are a parent or guardian of a minor who appears in one, email us with the gallery name or the frame code shown on the photo and we will remove it promptly.

We send email only to answer your request or to deliver a client gallery link. We do not run a newsletter or marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.

Email is delivered through a third-party email service on our behalf. Those messages do not use click tracking.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare Images stores and serves every photo, including the private originals behind client gallery links.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides the analytics described above.
• Neon hosts the database that stores photo requests, gallery details, and invitation records.
• An email delivery service sends our replies and gallery invitations.
• Our Facebook page is run by Facebook (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Links to it from this site are plain links; we do not embed Facebook tracking on this website.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the contact form. Photos taken at youth events may show minors; those photos are published at the request of the organizers, teams, or families involved. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove any photo of their child at any time using the contact details above.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Photo requests and invitation records are kept while we need them to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Technical logs are kept for a short time by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your request records at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information: the site is served over HTTPS, full-size photos are only reachable through signed, expiring links, and the admin area is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization.

You can contact us to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you received a client gallery link and no longer want access, let us know and we will disable it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will honor valid requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
