By browsing this website, sending a photo request, or opening a client gallery link you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site shows Marlee's photography and lets you ask about buying photos. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell; prices and delivery are agreed with Marlee directly, by email or in person, after you send a request.

Every photo on this site is the copyrighted work of Main Focus Media. The previews in the public galleries are reduced in size and carry a watermark. They are shown so you can find and pick the photos you want, nothing more.

Unless you have bought the photo and received it through a client gallery link, you may not:

• Download, copy, screenshot, print, crop, or save a preview for any use, including social media and personal use.
• Remove, blur, cover, or edit out a watermark or frame code.
• Use any preview or purchased photo in advertising, for resale, or in any commercial way without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, enumerate, or mass-download images from the site.

Sending a request through the contact page is not an order and does not create a purchase. Marlee will reply with options and a price. Any purchase, payment, and delivery terms are agreed between you and Marlee outside this website.

A client gallery link gives the person it was sent to access to full-size, unwatermarked photos. When you receive one:

• The link is personal to you and the people you ordered for. Please do not post it publicly or forward it to people outside your order.
• Purchased photos are licensed for personal use: printing, sharing with family and friends, and posting on your personal social media. Commercial use, resale, and sublicensing require written permission.
• Main Focus Media keeps the copyright in every photo, including purchased ones. A credit is appreciated but not required for personal use.
• A link can be disabled or replaced at any time, for example after a reasonable delivery period or if it is being shared more widely than agreed. Download your files promptly after you receive the link.
• Downloads from a link may be limited to a reasonable number per hour to protect the service.

You agree not to:

• Try to access photos, galleries, or links that were not shared with you, or guess gallery or photo addresses.
• Interfere with the site, its security, or its hosting, or try to bypass any protection, watermark, or access control.
• Send false, abusive, or spam requests through the contact form.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

If you appear in a published photo and would like it removed, or you are the parent or guardian of a minor who does, contact us with the gallery name or the frame code on the photo. We will remove it promptly. Removal from this website does not affect photos already delivered to a client.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views without cookies. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The site and its content are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses, or that any preview exactly represents the final photo. Colors on screen vary by device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Main Focus Media and Marlee are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any photo obtained through it. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the photos in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Main Focus Media and Marlee from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any photo obtained through the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Main Focus Media operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
